The mental clutter that stops you before you start

Without exception the mess you find yourself in is entirely a result of what’s going on (or not going on) in your mind, whether you like or hate that idea here’s the upside.  The absolute one thing that you have total control over in your life is your thoughts, with the exception of mental illness cases of course. Really consider that, whilst you may have great influence, be that positive or negative  over  kids, parents or pets, career etc, You do not have ultimate complete and total control over them or over anything else for that matter, in fact that very sense of no control is at the heart of many of our fears and anxieties.  BUT, the upside is we can with practice, control what we think & change our attitudes.

Why a clutter free home and organised life is so important and what’s the solution

Now this might sound a bit wacky to some people but it’s one of those things we tend to be unaware of, you see your home is the physical foundation of your life. It’s the base from where you launch each day, from where you go out into the world and where you return to relax and really be yourself. It’s your haven, your safe place to feel comfortable, comforted relaxed and cared for. Unless you suddenly don’t have a home it’s easy to underestimate just how important it is, let’s face it if it wasn’t important we’d all be wandering around happily homeless! 

Furthermore when everything in your home is scrambled mess it makes being organised with anything else you do an extreme challenge this can have a snowball effect and contribute to other less than desirable resutls in your life. Think about it! being organised is at the core of getting anything done - our entire society would cease to function without organisation!
So if your life or lifestyle or current circumstances aren’t what you’d like them to be then clearing the clutter and getting organised would be the logical strategy for giving you a kick-start, before you know it you will REALLY wonder how you could live any other way! what’s more It can be fun even profitable, certainly illuminating and absolutely liberating!.
